Veles
Veles (459 - ? AIC) was the first Prince-Sovereign of Montebianco.
Early Life
The life of Veles and his brothers before their reigns is mostly unknown. It is known that he was captain of some 700 soldiers by the time of the Battle of Serrentino. He is said to have spoken Archadian and be a fierce soldier and commander. The Cult of the Wolf was founded shortly after his death, with followers creating mythology surrounding his birth and life.
Reign
In 484 AIC, after his victory over the barbarian horde at the Battle of Serrentino, Veles was offered the crown of Montebianco as a reward by the Curia of Serrentino. Though initially he was a strong leader, his reign was marked by his increased agitation and wanderlust. He married a local noblewoman but sired no heirs. Just four years into his reign, he abdicated the crown to his brother, Porenutius.
Veles left Serrentino on board a single frigate heading eastward. He nor the frigate was ever seen again.
