Qalyut was a small city in the Shariz Sultanate. The town was the only port of the realm, leading it to be bustling with international trade: poppies, fish, and wine being exported with grains, beer, and iron being imported. The castle of Qalyut was the only fortified place in the nation except the walled city of Shariz. A single mosque existed in the town.
