Mammon

Mammon is the state religion of the Lonian Assembly. Mammon is also the name of the god of the faith, being described as the god of greed, for greed is eternal. Sermons by high priests can be attended in special houses of worship for a fee. Mammon guides everyday life and encourages its followers to live by the Rules of Acquisition. There are said to be over 250 specific rules, but only the wisest and wealthiest have access to them all. In the eyes of Mammon and every ordinary Lonian, profit comes before everything else. If a Lonian (or any other adherent to Mammon) lives according to the Rules of Acquisition and navigates the Great Material Continuum wisely, he can expect to enter the Divine Treasury upon his death if he can afford it.
