Garantinopolitan campaign in Haram
The Garantinopolitan campaign in Haram was a short war fought in 861 AIC between the forces of Baldassare Velisario and city of Garantinople against Haram.
Background
Shortly after the exiled Archon, Baldassare Velisario of Leopoli had entered Garantinople, he saw himself sitting on the throne of the ancient city. The Doux sought to gain popular support and expand the wealth of the city by conquering Haram.
Siege of Haram
Despite marching through the desert, the army of Baldassare Velisario suffered minimal losses. Upon reaching the ancient city of Haram, the Garantinopolitans heavily bombarded it, killing many of the defenders. Because of the bombardment, the attack was successful at first, and the Garantinopolitan forces managed to enter Haram. Inside the walls they met heavy resistance, but in the end the Haramnite forces were all killed and the city was seized.
