Gaius Makesinus

Gaius Makesinus (181 - 212 AIC) was son of Servius Magnus Makesinus and Claudia Verra Antonia. He joined the legion and rose in ranks quickly, becoming Centurio in Legio II Victrix in only 30 years. He was never married and was killed in Turiana. He had very good relations with his father, but after joining the legion, refused to be his heir, having no interest in managing the family business. He was said to take more after his grandfather, Marcus, than his own father.
