Akira Makeshin was a Taisho and Grand General of Nosamo. His full title was Great General in supreme command of the Armies in charge of repelling the Southern barbarians of the Heavenly Empire of Nosamo. He was responsible for negotiating a trade treaty with Statodamus, hoping to secure trade lanes despite the tremors of war coming from Baalys and the Elyrian League.
