Michael Screipicus (b. 715 AIC) was a world-renowned law historian, expert on high Archadian Empire, mainly the era of Garantius XVII and the transition to the Garanid Empire. He devoted his academic work to the heritage of Servius Magnus Makesinus, especially his administrative reforms, which formed the basis of the state. He was responsible for translating a book written by Gnaeus Magnus Makesinus about Servius Magnus Makesinus called Vita Makesini.
