Balthasar IIIIII, commonly known as Balthasar the Wallbuilder, is seen as the greatest of all the bishops of Schonen. He founded Baldisruh Castle that he later gifted to young commander Valdemar. Bestowing him with the title of Count and the last name Greif for his courage during the Silvetian Freedom War. Balthasar sent Valdemar and other elite soldiers to protect and move the remains of Balthasar I from Bad Erzquell, Silvetia.

Balthasar the Wallbuilder also saw the first and second expansion of the town of Greifenhausen. He also ordered the settlement of the plains between Aader and Himm to the southwest. Lesser known is his work with fortifying the western border. His regin ends with him sanctifying the temple at Garantinople.
