Stonehall

Stonehall is a village and the local capital of the sorrounding province with the same name located in southwestern Azurien. The castle itself is older than Azurien and was once built to guard the western mountain pass. After the founding of Azurien it was extended to surround the village and some fields and make sure it has enough provisions for a siege. At the outer ring there is a large tower with a bonfire on top that, in case of an attack, can be lit and then seen from Tel Aldnium. Stonehall is usually visited by merchants and travellers on their way between Lönefisk and the rest of Azurien.
