Michael Screipicus (b. 715 AIC) was a world-renowned law historian, expert on high Archadian Empire, mainly the era of Garantius XVII and the transition to the Garanid Empire. He devoted his academic work to the heritage of Servius Makesinus, especially his administrative reforms, which form the basis of state even today.
