Bad Erzquell is a small town in Eastern Silvetia. It is situated in the mountains of the Dämonenkamm at the source of the river Erquell, a tributary of the river Schwarzwasser. Because the water is said to have healing properties, the town has been granted the status of a spa town, hence the Prefix Bad. Greifenhausen's founder Bishop Balthasar I died in Bad Erzquell and his remains were a treasured relic of the town's church, before it was returned to Greifenhausen during the Silvetian Revolution.
