The Neogaranid Empire, officially the Sublime Garanid State, is an imperial state on the northern coast of Arrakis. Its capital is Garantinople and its official language is Imperial Haramite though Elyrian, Archadian, and various local languages are regularly spoken.

Politics

The Neogaranid Empire is an absolute monarchy led by a hereditary Padishah-Emperor. The Imperial Government, also called the Sirkar, is managed by an ad-hoc body of advisers, the Diwan, coordinated by the Padishah, or the Vizier, in his absence. The official title of the emperor is:
