Micha III (The Mad)

Duke Micha I 'the Mad' was the last Duke of the Duchy of Silvetia. His mental illness affected his political actions, leading to unrest, upheaval and finally the Silvetian Revolution. He was captured by forces of the Second Archadian Empire and spend the last years of his life in an undisclosed monastery.
