The Strait of Levcovouno is a narrow passage on the eastern end of the Inner Sea between the Principality of Montebianco and the continent of Arrakis. The strait is vital to world trade.
Levcovouno Tolls
As of 1117 AIC, the Principality of Montebianco enforces a toll of 1.5% of cargo value on all ships passing through the strait as payment for keeping the sealane clear of pirates. Ships that do not stop in Serrentino or nearby ports in order to pay this toll are fired upon.
