Since its forming many centuries ago, the Archadian Empire has been ruled by kings and emperors from the Garantius dynasty (with a single exception in István Nagy). House Garantius was believed to be of divine origin, as its legendary founder Garantius Rex is claimed to be the son of Sol Invictus. Though the dynasty died out in male line in the 3rd century AIC, it was carried out through the female line, an event which would be repeated for several times throughout the history.
