Aatmahhism is a religion followed primarily in Naushikhar. There are no gods, specific places of worship, or any doctrine set in stone. The religion is based on three principles of learning: body, soul, and life. Local rulers in Naushikhar, the Adhya, often serve as spiritual teachers for their subjects and often act as priests in rituals.

The three central principles guide learning and actions amongst the followers of Aatmahhism:
