Garantius Rex (d. 33 ARC) was a demigod, the son of Sol Invictus, and founder of Archadia, reigning as king for 33 years. No proven historical records about him exist. Archadius Garantius VII, some 200 years after the demigod's death, claimed descendance from him, thus starting the Archadian tradition of claiming legitimacy and divinity from Garantius Rex, soon considered to be the forefather of all Archadian Emperors.
