Duke Micha III 'the Mad' was the last Duke of the Duchy of Silvetia. His mental illness affected his political actions, leading to unrest, upheaval and finally the Silvetian Revolution. At the height of his madness he styled himself Micha I the Divine, Rex Mundis, Basileus of the Archadian Empire and Hasperia.
He was captured by forces of the Second Archadian Empire and spend the last years of his life in an undisclosed monastery.
