The '''High Council of Montebianco''' is a small group of councillors who advise the Prince-Sovereign of [[Montebianco]] on matters pertaining to the state and their areas of expertise. The Council is headed by the Prince-Sovereign who is the only member who can make council decisions into law. In his absence, the role would fall to the Princess, the heir, or some other regent. Councillors are given offices all around [[Serrentino]] and meetings are generally held in the palace.
